Everything was fantastic, fantastic location to the nearby eateries, the staff were very friendly. Location : the hotel was right by the town centre and the exhibition and sport centre as well as areas in future. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Church of st Peter. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious, with cuisine, reasonably priced: )

The location is excellent, with the ice rink nearby; the room is functional and nicely sized, and the service is top-notch with delicious food.

I have to say, our stay at this place was absolutely amazing. First of all, the location is perfect, with a short walking distance to the shopping center and the event we were attending. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe provided an added sense of security. The sitting area was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. And let's not forget about the television - a good size and great for winding down.

There was one receptionist who seemed a bit disorganized, but overall the staff here were fantastic. The leisure spa & wellness center was a wonderful addition to our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services available.

I had a nice stay at this hotel located right next to the shopping center, making it convenient for all my shopping needs. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the big empty area behind the reception. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, although it could have been warmer. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi.

The rooms were quite chilly due to the single-glazed windows and lack of a proper heating system.
